The church, a building that is itself a sign of the sacred
The choice of location and orientation of a church, the organisation of its various parts, the implementation of specific architecture and decoration are all characteristics that owe nothing to chance or to the imagination of its builders but, on the contrary, result from their desire to create a meaningful work.
Guided tours depart at 14:00 and 16:00.Event Host Building
Saint Gery
This church is part of the important patrimony of the town. It is Gothic and is distinguished by its large grey tower.
Inside several items of architecture, sculpture and painting are noteworthy whether they be vaults, bas relieves or polychrome statues. One such statue in massive oak of Saint Christopher is from the 15th century and stands 4.85 metres high.
The belfry has an interesting carillon of 48 bells.
