Cette église néogothique a été construite en 1913 et agrandie en 1922. Dans la table d'autel en pierre bleue se trouvent les reliques de saint Valence et de saint Vincent.

In 1913 the temporary chapel was built on the Heilig Hartstraat. In 1916 the chapel was extended. In 1921 the construction of the present church (still without a transept) was started, which was opened in September 1922. Later, the temporary chapel was converted into classrooms. In 1936 the church was extended with a transept and a choir.
