A Methodist mission founded the parish and the temple was built in 1926.It is a small red brick building. The interior is traditionally, very sober, like most of the temples of the united protestant church of Belgium.
The walls are light. In the centre, the pulpit, where the pastor leads the congregation, is slightly raised. At the end, a simple cross. In front of the pulpit is the communion or Last Supper table in local granite.
